The first prayer after the conquest

It was the first prayer of Muslims in Al-Aqsa Mosque after prophet Mohammed’s prayer in Al-Isra’a and Al-Mi’raj Night. It was led by Omar bin al-Khattab as an Imam, where he prayed two rak'ahs ,and recited surah” Sad”  in the first rak’ah; because, prophet Davis- peace be upon him- was mentioned in it, and in the second rak’ah he recited Surah Al-Isra’a, in glorification of Al-Aqsa mosque.
