Talut and Goliath

During the reign of the Canaanite king Goliath, Jews were humiliated. They asked their prophet to choose them a king, to lead them to get rid of the Canaanite oppression and restore their glory. He assigned Talut as the king. When they went to fight Goliath, none of them dared to step out except Prophet Dawood (David). He shot him with a slingshot, and slashed his head to death. this was the first monotheistic conquer of the city.
