Jerusalem was liberated during the reign of “Amir Al-Mo’mineen”, Prince of the Believers, Omar ibn al-Khattab, led by Abu Ubaidah bin Jarrah - may Allah be pleased with them - and that was after their victory over the Roman in 15 AH.
